Shipping policy

Every Darby Park order is packed by hand and usually ships within 1–2 weeks of your order. We work in small batches, so thank you for your patience — each cap is checked and sent with care.

Where we ship: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays & lost packages: Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your order seems delayed or lost, email us and we'll help track it down.

Returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we're unable to accept international returns. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details before purchasing.
