Darby Park began with an unexpected kind of adventure.

While traveling, I came across a Land Rover in South Africa that I couldn't quite forget. What followed was a long, complicated process of shipping it back home; a project that was equal parts impractical and completely worth it. Somewhere along the way, it became more than just a vehicle. It needed a name.

"Darby" means deer park- a quiet nod to my property back home, where deer move through the trees almost every day. The name stuck. It felt grounded, familiar, and a little removed from everything else.

I've always worn hats. Not as a statement, but as something functional. Something you grab without thinking. Over time, I realized how hard it is to find one that feels right across different parts of life; at home, on the road, working outside, or traveling somewhere new.

The Corduroy Cap is a response to that.

It's simple, durable, and meant to be worn often. Nothing over-designed. Nothing precious. Just something that fits easily into whatever the day looks like.
